Finishing up my Journal

These are the last two entries in my Handbook Journal. I started it with Cathy Johnson's online class, "Keeping an Artist's Journal". Now I can start working in a journal that has "real" watercolor paper. It has been pretty frustrating to work with this paper that is not really intended for watercolor use.

This last page has thoughts about the class and all the benefits I received from having taken it.

It is so much fun to have some new artist friends that live all over the world. We keep in touch on our Alumni Blog. We share our pages and support and encourage one another to "Keep on, keeping on".

I also finished my journal yesterday, though I didn't think to write my thoughts in it. I haven't posted my last entries yet. I used a handmade journal of BFK Rives paper which was great except for wcp. My next one is Fabriano Hot, so we'll see how that goes.
