A Serenade on our Hill

We have had a constant serenade of Baa's and Bleats from a large truck load of goats of all shapes and sizes that are "mowing" the grassy hill above my apartment. They put a temporary electric fence around a very steep hill that leads up to a condo development. Then the truck arrived with the "mowers".

It's been lots of fun to watch them but I imagine that everyone will welcome the peace and quiet that will return when they are done. I walk at sunrise and they are already at full volume by then.

My granddaughter, Elsa, and I watched them "up close and personal" yesterday afternoon.
Elsa does not understand electric fences so OMA was busy keeping little hands off of the wires.
