The Jacksonville Travelers Visit Marin

Iris and Shirley arrived in Marin from their train trip to the Midwest just in time to celebrate the 4th of July with the Merriman Women. Kate flew up from Austin, TX and so we had a wonderful reunion. Kate and Porter are in love with Shirley and Iris. I think they have a mutual admiration society. Shirley took these photos and was nice enough to send me some hard copies. I scanned them into my Mac so I could share them with all of you.

We had lots of fun on the the 4th and even got in some culture by attending a local art show.

Of course the star of the show was our little Elsa. She has Aunt Kate wrapped around her little finger... Kate will be coming back again in August to help Elsa celebrate her 1st birthday.

Elsa and Mama(Porter)

Porter is starting work on Monday, July 21st.... she has been able to be with her daughter full time since Mid March... Elsa has a great Nanny named Marta, so she will be in good hands and I get to help out too.... I really miss her if I don't see her for a day or two. Oh, how she has stolen my heart!
