New Watercolor Pencil Set

My new Faber-Castell, Albrecht Durer Watercolour Pencil set arrived today.

Of course, I had to sit down and start a color chart to see what I have in my box of 36.

I did light and heavy application of each color and then added some water to each of the samples to see how they behave once water is brushed over them. This will be a handy chart to keep in my journal.

I had read a lot of the comments on the Everyday Matters blog and the pros recommended this set as one that has rich colors that go on easily and blend well. Now to see if my work represents the newer and "better" materials.
