A Surprise Gift Left At My Door

I came down with another cold last Monday and am still under the weather.... my favorite cousins came to stay for a few days while I was sick. They are very easy house guests and told me that they were not concerned about getting the "bug".

I wish could have had more energy to be a good hostess. As it turned out, the weather matched my state of health... it rained and was pretty gloomy all during their stay.

So we did a lot of sitting and reading and visiting.

Today I am just taking it easy and hoping by Monday that I will be back into the swing of things. This plant was left by my door last week... these wonderful blue blooms cheered me up all week. I love surprises and this was a very nice one.
