Annual Crabfest

Over 30 years ago, two families started a tradition called the Crabfest. We would gather sometime in January and have a feast of Cracked Crab, Ceaser Salad, Sourdough French Bread and wine. Living in the SF Bay Area provided us with the best of all of these things. The years went on and my dear friends, Sandra and Karl, kept the tradition going when my home became too small for our growing families. We are now in our third generation and when everyone shows up, it is quite a crowd.

I sent this note off to them today.... traditions are very special, particularly when they include near and dear friends and family.

Love your crab. Also read about your class you are teaching. You are a natural at all this. Congratulations on being able to share your love and talent with watercolor.
