Hello Dolly in Auburn

Kate and I drove up to Auburn on Saturday
to see Davis in his High School
production of Hello Dolly.
My son in law, John and my grandson,
Bentley joined us for lunch.
It was so great to see everyone.
The boys have grown up so much.
They are now 18 and 21 and
they loom over me at 6'5" and 6'6".
Of course they get their tall genes
from both of their parents.

It was a fun show and
the kids did really well.
John, the proud dad showed
up in his Hello Dolly tee shirt.
He has attended every show and on Saturday,
he saw two shows in one day!

This is a photo of Proud Dad John, Oma and Bentley

They had bios of each actor and a photo of them in costume.

It was a lot of driving in one day and
I had my personal driver, Kate.
My children are really there for me
when I want to have something happen.
It is very nice and I do appreciate it.

Now, whenever I hear a song from "Hello Dolly",
I will think of Davis.
