Organic, Vegan Birthday Lunch

It is hard to believe, but...

I was treated to yet another Birthday Lunch.

My birthday seems to be lasting for a 

month or so.

Next week, I am meeting with Dave and Nancy, 

my sister and brother in law, to celebrate our

Spring Birthdays. 

I think, this will be the last event.

My friend, Miriam, prepared a vegan lunch

with vegetables that she grew in her

community garden.

It was quite a beautiful spread with 

lots of choices, all homemade, 

even the bread.

THEN.....

Last night, Kate treated Porter and me

to an Ethiopian dinner in honor of 

my Birthday and Mothers' Day.

So many celebrations and each one is 

special because of the loved ones that 

are present with their presence!
